About Austin:
Austin L. Nichols was born and raised in Washington, Illinois. After spending time in Kansas and attending Vermont Law School, Austin replanted his roots in Central Illinois with his wife and son. When he is not working, you will find Austin around town, spending time with his family, on the golf course, or playing hockey.
Austin is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association, and Tazewell County Bar Association. Austin is also admitted to practice before the State Courts of Illinois, the United States Central District Court of Illinois and bankruptcy court, and the United States Northern District Court of Illinois and bankruptcy court.
Austin's areas of practice include Estate Planning & Administration, Wills & Trusts, Business Law & Transactions, Real Estate, Divorce & Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Traffic Violations.
