Bailey Caylor

Bailey Caylor supports the team as an Administrative Assistant, bringing strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to her role. She recently completed her MBA with a specialization in Project Management from Millikin University and holds a B.S. in Sport Administration from Southern Illinois University.  Bailey is excited to grow her knowledge and is currently preparing to take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam within the next year.

While in school, Bailey held administrative roles with the Southern Illinois Athletic Department and later worked as a Graduate Assistant at Millikin’s Student Success Center, supporting career development initiatives. She enjoys working alongside a supportive team and is eager to continue developing professionally in her role.

In Bailey’s free time, she enjoys walking and hiking, thrifting for unique finds, and getting lost in a good book.
