As an Administrative Assistant, Serena McGee brings a strong academic background and a passion for learning to the team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management from Illinois State University in May 2025 and is currently working toward completing the FINRA Securities Industries Essentials exam as she builds her career in the financial services industry.
Serena has experience in leadership, customer service, and operations which has helped her transition smoothly into her role, where she supports advisors and clients with professionalism and care.
She enjoys being part of a supportive, uplifting team and values the opportunity to learn something new every day as she continues developing in her role.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and baking, and attending football and basketball games with her parents. Serena has played the violin from fifth grade through her senior year of high school and has experience in archery, complete with her own equipment.
